Kevin J. Schulenburg, RAA - Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Asset Analyst
Kevin is the President of ValuMasters, Inc with over 25 years of residential appraisal experience including but not limited to corporate relocation, mortgage-backed transactions, estate, IRS, review, gifting and divorce work. He served as Chairman of the Kane County Board of Review from 2011 until August of 2019. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Liberty University (1994), attended the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, has a brokerage license, and holds his RAA designation, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. He resides in Geneva with his wife Melissa and their 4 children and is actively involved with his local church.
Jon Wise - Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Jon has over 20 years of residential appraisal experience to include but not limited to relocation, mortgage-backed transactions, estate, IRS, review and divorce work. He has a construction background, holds his brokerage license and resides in Aurora with his wife, Erin. Jon is actively involved in his local church.
Sandra DeYoung - Administrative Assistant
Sandra is a valued team member of the ValuMasters orginization. She handles the day- to-day operations of the office. She resides in Geneva with her husband, Glenn, and is actively involved in her local church.
